How do I apply the decal?

Each order ships with detailed written instructions. In short: clean the surface with isopropyl alcohol, peel the paper backing, position carefully, smooth from the center outward with the included squeegee, then slowly remove the transfer tape at a sharp angle. How long does the vinyl last outdoors?

We use Oracal 651 outdoor cast vinyl, rated for five-plus years of outdoor durability. It stands up to Southern sun, winter freezes, and regular car washes.

How long will my order take?

After you approve the proof, your decal ships within five to seven days. Most proofs are sent within one hour of your order.

What if I need to change the proof?

Every proof can be revised. Use the Request changes option on the proof page and we will adjust until it feels right.

Can I return it?

Because every decal is personalized, we cannot offer returns. If anything arrives damaged or different from the proof you approved, please contact us within thirty days and we will make it right at no cost.

Will it damage my car or window?

No. The vinyl leaves no residue when removed correctly. We recommend applying to a clean, non-porous surface and leaving it undisturbed for the first 24 hours.

What data do you collect about my visit?

We record the pages you look at, the clicks you make while designing, and any email, phone, or shipping information you enter (so we can email your proof and ship your order). Like most stores, we also use a few standard analytics tools — Google Analytics, Microsoft Clarity, a Meta (Facebook) pixel, and Cloudflare Analytics — to understand how visitors find and use the site and to measure our advertising. We never sell your contact information, and you can ask us to delete your record at any time by emailing [email protected].
