What we collect, and what we don’t.

What we collect

• Order details: name, email, phone (optional), shipping address, customization details, and photographs you upload for photo keepsakes.
• Payment information: card details are entered directly into Stripe and never touch our servers.
• Site analytics: page views, session timing, clicks and scroll depth, traffic source, purchase totals, browser errors, page-performance measurements, and basic device information used to understand and improve the store. Microsoft Clarity may provide privacy-masked session replays and interaction insights. We do not record payment fields or passwords, and we do not send memorial personalization, uploaded photographs, private order links, or checkout details to Google Analytics.

How we use it

• To make and ship your decal or personalized keepsake.
• To send order updates (proof, shipping notification, delivery).
• To send occasional marketing emails — only if you opt in at checkout, and you can unsubscribe at any time from any email we send.
• To improve the site and our process.

What we don’t do

• We don’t sell your information. Ever.
• We don’t share your information except with service providers needed to complete your order, such as payment and email providers, shipping carriers, and our print-on-demand partner Merchize. If you use checkout address suggestions, the partial address you type is processed by Geoapify to return matching US addresses. Photo-keepsake artwork and shipping details may be processed by Merchize’s production facility in Vietnam.

Cookies and tracking

We use first-party cookies to remember your cart and session. We also use Google Analytics, Microsoft Clarity, Cloudflare Analytics, and a Meta (Facebook) pixel to understand store usage and measure advertising. Google advertising signals and ad-personalization signals are disabled in our Analytics tag. You can disable store analytics for your browser on our analytics opt-out page.

Your rights

You can ask us to delete or export your information at any time by emailing [email protected].
